Mallie

Mallie alerted....... checked he was 85 right before lunch so I decided to give E his lunch plus a little extra carbs to bring up the dropping low. Right when he finished lunch Mallie alerted again...... Ean was 70!!! I am so glad I didn't bolus off of the 85 number.

I am just so amazed daily with Mallie. It seems every day she is getting better and better with her alerts. She is so well behaved.

Having a alert dog also comes with a lot of work. I mean a lot of work. She is very scared of sounds when we are out in public. We are going to have to work very hard with her. I am not sure she would alert in public yet. I am hoping this is something she can over come in the near future. Mallie alerting in public will have to be a must!! She is a one of a kind special dog very intelligent.
